Project #1

The vision for this home is to use warm colors and bold finishes to add an edgy yet regal effect to this cozy one story rancher. Can you say comfortable, charming, and statement worthy?! The name for this project is #BeigeandBoujee. The inspiration comes from warm beige and khaki colors that are trending right now. Boujee is a term used to describe a luxurious lifestyle. This is just what we want to capture in a rancher. We plan to achieve luxury by using a marble mosaic backsplash, extensive trim work, and copper accent ceiling tiles.

PLANS- Project #1

The floor plan for project#1 #beigeandboujee will be flipped on the site of the build. This plan offers a two-car garage, a cozy great room, a spacious kitchen and large gourmet island. The laundry room will be grandiose both in style and size. The master bedroom and bathroom have beautiful views of the community lot preserved for wildlife and nature. The master walk in closet will be shelved with intention to maximize space and include a window for natural lighting. Who hasn't dreamed of a closet big enough for a window?? If that is not enough to pique your interest, this is not the only walk in closet that this plan has to offer!

The vision for this home is to use a gray color pallette and chic modern fitures for the perfect modern farmhouse combination. This home will be feature clean lines and modern chandeliers but also have accent walls of shiplap and gray wide plank flooring that tie the home together. This home is bright, inviting, and truly shines on it's corner lot. The name for this project is #SilverwoodManor. The inspiration comes from modern farmhouse trends that continue to wow us all.

The floor plan for project#2 #SilverwoodManor plan offers a two-story layout with so much potential. On the main level of this home, you will find an impressive vaulted family room that flows into an open concept kitchen and dining area. Through double doors, you will find yourself on an outdoor dining and entertainment porch suspended on the second story.
